- In the census law (article 20-23) there is article about budgeting. Changes of low adopted in Parliament and published in Official gazette 75/10. Changes related to wording for mother tongue, and ethnicity. - LL: (-) much clear responsibility and task of census participants, especaly census commision Budget - In the census law (article 20-23) there is article about budgeting. - separate budget line ( 3 192 528 euro for 2011). - So far budget covered all cost of census for filed work and data entry phase. LL: (+-)on time agreement with Ministry of finance but late for porcurement proces (-) transport costs for enumerators

Printing leaflet: 120 000+ 5 000 (Albanian) 3. Printing posters: 400 pieces+50 pieces (Albanian) 4. Inserting the leaflet in the daily newspaper: 25 March 2011, 31 March 2011 and 7 April 2011. 5. Distribution of 60 000 leaflets all over Montenegro. (45 young persons of Student Business Club that distributed flyers in accordance with the defined plan in most crowded places within Montenegrin towns, posting boxes, and bars) 6. Outdoor tenders – total 26 billboards posted in each municipalities by one (in Podgorica 5 and in Niksic 2) 7. SMS message with folowing content: “ Free, Census of population, households and dwelings 2011”

According to the first results of Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in 2011, in Montenegro there are 625 266 inhabitants, 194 795 households and 316 083 dwellings.
