9 CILJ PROJEKTA Supporting the structural reform of higher education system in BiH Supporting the development of the BiH Qualifications Framework for Higher Education The project shall provide models for full formal implementation of the BiH-QF at institutional levels The main objective of the project is to support the structural reform of higher education system in BiH, supporting the development of the BiH Qualifications Framework for Higher Education in (BHQFHE) in line with national priorities, and its implementation at different institutional levels. The project shall provide models for full formal implementation of the BHQFHE at institutional levels, based on all criteria and procedures of the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning (EQF-LLL) and the European Qualifications for European Qualifications Framework Area (QF-EHEA). Based on all criteria and procedures of the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning (EQF-LLL) and the European Qualifications for European Qualifications Framework Area (QF-EHEA).

KORAK 1 pronaći sve relevantne dokumente poziva Pročitati poziv i sve dodatne dokumente vezane za poziv skinuti s web stranice: Call for proposal, Guidelines for applicants… building-higher-education-2018_en Capacity-building projects in the field of higher education support the modernisation, accessibility and internationalisation of higher education in Partner Countries. These projects build on the success of the Alfa, Edu-link and Tempus programmes. The projects aim to encourage cooperation between the EU and Partner Countries and support eligible Partner Countries in addressing challenges in the management and governance of their higher education institutions. This includes improving the quality of higher education, developing new and innovative education programmes, modernising higher education systems through reform policies as well as fostering cooperation across different regions of the world through joint initiatives. There are 2 types of capacity-building projects: Joint projects: aimed at organisations to help improve curriculums, governance, and the strengthening of relations between higher education systems. Structural projects: aimed at promoting reforms in higher education systems, modernising policies, governance and strengthening relations between higher education systems and the wider economic and social environment.   Capacity-building projects can be: National projects involving institutions from only one eligible Partner Country Multi-country projects within one single region, involving at least two countries from this region Multi-country projects involving more than one region and involving at least one country from each region concerned E-tutorial on the international dimension of Erasmus+. This e-tutorial provides information about opportunities available to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and their staff and students based in Partner Countries. E-tutorial on how to prepare a competitive proposal. This e-tutorial provides information on how to apply to funding opportunities. The Table of Projects table provides basic details about projects funded under the Capacity Building in Higher Education action of the Erasmus+ programme: project number, project type, project title, list of beneficiaries and their PICs, participating countries, names and addresses of contact persons, budget awarded and project summary as provided in the initial application. For further information on capacity-building projects in the field of higher education please refer to the Erasmus+ Programme Guide.

KORAK 9 Declaration on Honour & and Mandates Only for exception cases where one Partner Country is represented by only one HEI: an official confirmation from the Partner Country's national authorities that the number of higher education institutions is lower than 5 in the whole country or that one single institution represents more than 50% of the overall student population of the country.

KORAK 10 Predati aplikaciju Fill in the eForm with the required data. Do not forget also to complete and attach the three (3) mandatory attachments to the eForm (and, if applicable, the fourth attachment related to the confirmation by the national authorities that a Partner Country is subject to an exception rule concerning the minimum number of HEI). For that, please refer to the Annexes navigation tab to download the relevant templates. Once you have completed the eForm and attached the annexes, validate the eForm. This triggers an automatic check that informs you if your application form is complete. If this is the case, you can SUBMIT it online. When you have submitted your application online, you should receive a confirmation and reference number. If not, contact the helpdesk.
